Enjoy a surprise lunch and local brews on the way to your once in a lifetime stay in a Franconian 13th century castle, where you are treated to an enchanting dinner. This memorable day also includes a mid-day visit to the charming medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The tour continues to the beautiful Bavarian capital, Munich, and a taste of unique wheat beers when you visit the famous Erdinger brewery. Your beer tour experience culminates with a visit to Oktoberfest, the most famous beer festival in the world.

Welcome to Germany!
The tour begins in Berlin where participants meet at their hotel conveniently situated in the Kurfürstendamm area of the city.
Check in is as of 3 p.m., and a travel representative will be available in the hotel lobby to offer greetings and assistance.
An informational meeting, together with a welcome beer, will take place at 6 p.m., followed by free time to enjoy Berlin’s vibrant nightlife.

Your day begins with breakfast, followed by a Berlin City Tour that includes famous sites such as Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate, as well as a stop for a taste of a classic “Currywurst”.
The tour resumes in the afternoon with a walking beer pub crawl that includes a visit to a craft beer brewery, specialty craft beer bars and several beer tastings.
Off to the next cultural
Start your day with breakfast, and then board the bus for your comfortable ride to the historic city of Cologne.
Your late afternoon arrival in Cologne will provide you with a short break after check in, and then an opportunity to become acquainted with the local “Kölsh” beer and its unique smooth and crisp taste at a nearby well-known brewery.
Afterwards, a lively night in downtown Cologne awaits you, all within the vicinity of the breathtaking Cologne Cathedral.
After breakfast, explore the city by foot or take part in an optional Rhine River Cruise and enjoy magical views of the many vineyards, castles and historic towns along the riverbanks of Germany’s largest river.
Mid-afternoon, get acquainted with local brews during an entertaining walking tour guided by a local actor and “Kölsch” connoisseur.

Today you depart to Aschaffenburg, where you will enjoy a traditional lunch and brew at the city’s oldest restaurant, “Schlappeseppel”.
Afterwards, you will make your way to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, one of Germany’s oldest towns, and walk the cobblestoned lanes of this picturesque medieval town and take in its fairy-tale atmosphere.
Arrival at the magical Colmberg Castle will give you the chance to explore the grounds and become acquainted with this 13th century Franconian castle where you will be spending the night. Take in its extraordinary views while you prepare for a fabulous meal made with regional fresh ingredients. Your meal will be accompanied by a local brew or wine.

You will start your day with a visit to the Erdinger Brewery where you’ll experience Hefeweizen beer, a refreshing wheat beer with a variety of aromas and flavors.
In the afternoon, you will arrive in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, where you will have free time to explore one of Germany’s most beautiful cities.
Experience the one and only oktoberfest
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Theresienwiese, the site of Oktoberfest, to join in the festivities of the greatest beer festival in the world!
On this day, you will be one of over six million visitors who attend this famous folk festival during a two-week period and drink an estimated 7 million liters of beer. A reserved table is included, as is a “Maß” beer (one liter) and a savory Bavarian giant pretzel.
